Ingredients:
3 Avocados, mashed
1 small tomato, diced finely
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 head of garlic, mashed
Juice of one lime or lemon
3 Tbsp of parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp of ground flax seed
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
2 tsp of ground cumin
Chopped fresh coriander
3 Tbsp of plain yogurt (optional)
Method:
Mix all ingredients except yogurt.
To keep the avocado from turning dark, mix ingredients in a container and then cover the mixture with a layer of yogurt to keep the air from getting at the rest.
Just before serving, mix in the yogurt and serve with veggies.
