<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients:</span></strong></p>
<p>3 Avocados, mashed</p>
<p>1 small tomato, diced finely</p>
<p>1 small onion, chopped finely</p>
<p>1 head of garlic, mashed</p>
<p>Juice of one lime or lemon</p>
<p>3 Tbsp of parmesan cheese</p>
<p>2 Tbsp of ground <a href="http://www.genhealthstore.co.nz/flax-seeds/">flax seed</a></p>
<p>1/8 tsp of <a href="http://www.genhealthstore.co.nz/cayene-pepper/">cayenne pepper</a></p>
<p>2 tsp of <a href="http://www.genhealthstore.co.nz/ground-cumin/">ground cumin </a></p>
<p>Chopped fresh coriander</p>
<p>3 Tbsp of plain yogurt (optional)</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Method:</span></strong></p>
<p>Mix all ingredients except yogurt.</p>
<p>To keep the avocado from turning dark, mix ingredients in a container and then cover the mixture with a layer of yogurt to keep the air from getting at the rest.</p>
<p>Just before serving, mix in the yogurt and serve with veggies.</p>

<p>2 cloves garlic</p>
<p>juice of ½ lemon</p>
<p>2 Tbsp <a href="http://www.genhealthstore.co.nz/tahini/">Tahini</a></p>
<p>¼ tsp Paprika</p>
<p>½ tsp <a href="http://www.genhealthstore.co.nz/ground-cumin/">ground cumin</a></p>
<p>salt and pepper</p>
<p>1 Tbsp Olive Oil</p>
<p>water</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Method:</span></strong></p>
<p>Drain and rinse chickpeas</p>
<p>Blend until well chopped.</p>
<p>Add tahini, garlic, salt and pepper, cumin, lemon juice and enough water to create a smooth consistency</p>
<p>Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with paprika and olive oil.</p>
